  Great weekend break

  we took a short family trip to Bangkok from Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is accessible to many Malls. We also took trips ro Asiatique river front and the Safari park and marine park which is about an hours drive .

  Super Convenient Hotel

  My second stay at this hotel, this time with Club Benefits which elevated the experience. The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and helpful with the exception for one at the Club Lounge.

  Definitely top notch

  Perfect location, definitely a 5-star experience. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The view of the Sky Bar was fantastic. We stayed at the family suite and I highly recommend this for a big group. The staff are professional and very accommodating!

  We had an amazing stay at the Sentara hotel. Every single person we ran into was professional, kind, and courteous. The rooms were perfect, the food was amazing and the level of service was astounding! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

  Excellent Experience

  I had an excellent experience at the Centara Grand Hotel. The service was truly outstanding—attentive and prompt, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, especially if you're in the Siam district. The only downsides were that YouTube on the TV didn’t work, and the TV's response time was a bit slow. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. One highlight was the thoughtful gesture of setting up our room to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend the Centara Grand Hotel for its exceptional service and prime location!

  Yet another memorable stay

  We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Without a doubt, we will be back again the next time we visit Bangkok. The staff are all so approachable, friendly and hospitable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is connected to the huge CentralWorld Mall which has plenty to shop and to eat. The hotel room is also very comfortable. Beds are great and the toilets are spacious, and it makes us feel relaxed to be back in the room after a long day out.

  First Trip to Bangkok

  Awesome trip. Overall Thai people were friendly and courteous. Plan to visit again. I'm so glad we choose Centara Grand at CentralWorld. NO complains about the hotel and the staff. Location is best.

  Deluxe king room

  Overall this hotel is good. But I stay here for business matter and with my family The room does not have table for working. The swimming is not friendly for kids. The breakfast is delicious but not much variety for muslim. Overall I still love this hotel so much.
