  City stopover

  A good stopover eco-friendly hotel in an excellent location. Staff are friendly and room was lovely. Security staff very helpful with free shuttle tuk tuk to the city and when arriving/leaving for day trips.

  Clean and Comfortable

  I stayed at this hotel during my work trip to the UN. It was clean, comfortable, had all your basic amenities. Main communication with front desk and request for additional amenities for the room was done through the hotels app. It was pretty impressive, I thought it was convenient and the staff was very responsive. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

  Overall management was excellent. Everyone was cordial. Room facilities, breakfast items and cooperation was good. Overall environment and cleanliness was good. Swimming pool facilities, fitness facilities all were excellent.

  Quiet and clean

  Pleasant environment and quiet. Comfortable and clean rooms, every day cleaned. Polite and helpful staff. Metro station about 25minutes walk. Several points of interest and nigth life nearby (15'~30' walk).

  Good for Value

  Good for value, but breakfast choice is the same for everyday. The location seems a bit far from the shopping area. The hotel provides one-way shuttle transportation to Khao San road while they should have two-way shuttle transportation. The overall experience there is just fine.

  The facilities available at the hotel, hospitality of front desk people and service people are in a very high standard. the price of the hotel is very reasonable. Since visitors are more interested in travelling and shopping, if you have a leaflet to guide them, particularly to find the way back to hotel by a taxi, it is appreciable.

  I felt very comfortable and would come back

  I felt very comfortable at Centra Hotel. The rooms are clean, nice, spacious and the beds very comfy. When I arrived, I had a room near the street, which was too loud for me. The team at the reception was very helpful and gave me another, quite room. Thanks again for the great service. The hotel is located very good, you can walk to Khao San Road (15-20 min) or easily get to the main Sightseeing attractions. There is also a free shuttle service available, that takes you to Khao San Road. I used the gym during my stay and enjoyed it very much. The equipment is good and it’s a nice atmosphere to work out. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer and the service in the restaurant is great. The menu is a little more international/ european and so are some of the prices. But there is many possibilities to try good Thai Food outside the hotel :) Overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely come back.

  We would recommend Centra by Centara Hotel to stay at. The room was clean, the check in/out process was quick and easy. The food was excellent and complimentary drink a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Perfect place to stay.

  Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone as a go to place when visiting Bangkok, the services are great every individual staff are friendly and professional with doing of their particular job. The food are so good, although the menu of Thai were too spicy for me but I can’t be complaint about it since it is their nature to get used to spices. The environment is clean, everything in my assigned room were well placed. Thank you for serving me well during my staying at the Centra Centara Hotel.

  Great potential!

  Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room was lovely, staff friendly, breakfast lots of options. However, a couple of minor things stopped me from giving the hotel 5 stars. I found the wifi very dodgy; it kept cutting in and out in my room. There were also a couple of stains on my bed sheets during one night's stay. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
