Fabulous family hotel!
Perfect if you don’t want to leave the resort, i wouldn’t fault the hotel in any way what so ever, we were only bed and breakfast and food was delicious every night in the restaurants! Overall service was excellent. Most staff was friendly and always did their best , Didar from the Resturant was excellent. , Probably we expected more kids activities. The girl who guided about the activities was very friendly and professional. Great hotel very kids friendly
Lovely stay at the Centara. Staff are nice and looking to help. All facilities very clean and well kept. The restaurants have enough choices. Room spacious and well equipped. Evening cinema on the beach for the kids is a lovely experience. Environment is quiet but maybe a little far from the city center attractions. Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. Location could be better as its in the middel of nowhere and takes 30+mins to get to anywhere else. As for kids, amazing facilities, pools, kids club. Food menu could be better for kids, if your kids are fussy eaters you may struggle to find something for them to eat, alternatively there are chips in all the restuarents so shouldnt be a problem. As for the hotel, it is always being cleaned round the clock, rooms are cleaned every day, staff are friendly and safetly around pools is amazing, there are like 2-4 life guards to every pool. We had a nice time during 10 days in your hotel, but you need to make some effort on the cleaning of all the swimming pool and ask the woman to wear the normal bikini because it’s too much string bikini everywhere young and old ladies that’s not good front of the kids And also you need to increase and focus on the food on all inclusive. Specially, the desire was not good. We need more desert of quality and the croissant and order stuff from the breakfast. Add good but not too much for the rest. Very good family hotel
The family vacarion with kids were very nice in this hotel. The hotel is family friendly. The employees are very friendly and helping wherever they can. The pool-personal did a very good job. The location is outside of dubai on the dubai islands where nearly nothing is built. There are more or less only 2 hotels.
