  Back again

  Family holiday

  We had a great stay at this resort. It is handy to everything, and has something for everyone. Would highly recommend. We left our daughters cuddles she sleeps with. They emailed us with a picture and are sending them to our home country. 🙏🙏🙏

  Our rest day at centara kata resort phuket

  Me and my family came to stay here for the first time. I was impressed by the service of every employee. Currently the hotel is quite old but all the employees provide good service. I quite like the breakfast room. The lgbtq staff at the breakfast room took care of us very well. There were 6 of us. They connected us to a table so we could sit together as a family. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from. As for the room, we went on a trip to Koh Hey. She came in and cleaned our room well. And another thing that impressed me was the rather large swimming pool with space for children and families to spend time together. The water bar itself serves drinks well. I hope to come back here again.

  Best Resort in Phuket

  We are first time travelers and made it Phuket. We were not sure what to expect but arriving at Centara Kata Resort, from there they made everything so comfortable, making us feeling at home. The friendly ground staff, the most friendliest shef with her adorable kitchen staff. Everybody just made our stay memomorable, we loved every minute of it and you will definitely come back.   MIX BAG OF EXCELLENT & DISAPPOINTMENT

  reat local Thai Brand but poor management this particular location. Unfortunately I had to experience it at Centara Kata after staying at a few other locations with no problems. All in all great family resort.

  Great Family Option

  The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful. The location to the main beach and road is great. The facilities and holiday programs and offerings at the hotel are superb. Special dinner offereing throughout our stay was a fantastic option.

  Centara Kata Resort Phuket

  Great place to stay for families. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Awesome pool facilities. Highly recommend the breakfast at this resort….absolutely delicious. The resort is centrally located to many of the sights and shopping is only a short walking distance away. You can choose to do lots or very little. Most importantly the staff are friendly and most helpful.

  Amazing stay!

  This is an excellent resort for families! A beautiful pool area for kids with a slide and amazing splash pad! We used kids club for our 4 year old and she loved it. Amazing buffet breakfast and staff!

  Fantastic Resort

  Great resort for families with lots of activities for kids each day. Beautiful pools close to restaurants,shops etc. The staff were very happy and friendly. A short walk to Kata beach or shuttle bus. Tuktuk to Kata Noi which is great for snorkeling.

  Ok for the area but a long walk to room, dining areas not kept tidy, fridge not stocked correctly so a bill was given wrongly. It’s a long way round to the beach and the shuttle bus was very busy, another bus at peak time would help

  Great hotel for families near Kata Beach

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We forgot a blanket at checkout but the staff delivered it to us at our next destination 30 min away. Great service!! Very children friendly and lovely kids room with a lot of toys. The staff showed great interest in our son and made this a memorable experience for the whole family. Would recommend a room on the ground floor when traveling with smaller children. Our son slept in the air conditioning while we were in the sun for his naps. Perfect placement. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids, regardless of age. (Our son was 6 months when we stayed here).
