Each time I come, there are new restaurants and features in the hotel
The service is always personable and friendly from everybody who assisted me. The common areas are spacious and inviting. Convenient and reasonable price
Hotel is located in the heart of Udonthani City, it is adjacent to the big shopping centre ( Central). The hotel is nice and clean with reasonable price. Foods and drinks are outstanding. Hotel facilities are superb with gym, sauna and spa. The Environment is cosy with high ceiling in the lobby next to the bar area. The bar area is quite comfortable seating. The pianist is playing soft and classical music every night. Hotel is good for holidays or even groups meetings. Very goof hotel in Udon Thani
The hotels of that class are more or less the same everywhere in the world. The people make the difference. The whole staff of Centara hotel is very friendly and wel informed. Whenever we had a question or asked for something (like taxi to the countxside and back) it was done with high quality. The rooms are very good. Some have the location to a bar with live music which can be heared in the room even in 12th floor until 4 in the morning. Great location
Always a very dependable hotel and great location right next two the mall. The check in is always smooth. The parking lot attendants are always are there to help you park and to get your luggage. Always the Best in Udon Thani!
The Centara Udon Thani has been my go-to hotel since 2015, and I have always been impressed by the great service, room quality and size, and always-welcoming staff members. Located smack in the centre of town, it is within walking distance from all the land transport options one would need, and has every possible comfort within a short 5-minute walk radius. My only quibble was the patchy WiFi internet reception in the rooms. As a business traveller, I need to be in contact with my office via Zoom, and this was greatly impeded. Bang for buck!
I was lucky to book in such short notice, as I was only staying for a night. The staff was very helpful and attentive with the willingness to assist at any given moment. Everything was very smooth and orderly with no criticism whatever so ever. I only wished it wasn't such a rushed booking and trip on my behalf, as it would have been nice to have stayed another night or so to fully make use of the facilities and accommodations at the hotel. Good for families with smaller children
The hotel is adjacent to the Central Mall, which provides good access to food, shopping, and entertainment. The swimming pool is very adequate for younger children, although adults will likely find it too small. Sam hotel but a totally new look since Covid
Centara service has always been impeccable and friendly but the look this time was from another dimension. I'd stayed there frequently before Covid because it's always been an excellent hotel with a front door 20 meters from Central Plaza. (How great is that!) But the look of the hotel this time was mind blowing. The lobby and the complimentary breakfast room were more spacious resembling living rooms. It was really great to see.
