  Great Management & Awesome Hotel

  Our stay was at first a bit unpleasant, till Mr. Vinod and Shela did the job and made it unforgettable. Thanks heaps for everything. restaurant need renovation, food quality need to be reconsidered, all in all the stay was pleasant and hotel facilities are fair enough, if sauna and jacuzzi are there that would be a great plus point and if at all kids area that would make a huge difference.

  Overall good experience

  Apart from WIFI, this is a good hotel for stay, especially for business purpose. breakfast spread is good. room is spacious and very well thought out. in room facilities is apt. overall a good hotel and recommended.

  Good choice

  Nice staff, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, comfort for a good price. The only downside is the surroundings. There are plenty of shops and excellent restaurants nearby, but for a holiday with children it is essential to have a car at your disposal.

  What a lovely hotel

  All the staff courteous, very welcoming and attentive. The hotel location for us was really good. Supermarket nearby and lots of Indian and Pakistani restaurants on same street. Amazing food. Lovely vibe. Taxi's available anytime and close to Airport. The breakfast buffet was just excellent and lots of different choices every day for all dietary requirements. Our room was big and clean. The king size bed was huge. We had extra bed for our daughter and still had lots of room. The bathroom was nice and clean. Only issue was the flush water would not stop after flushing had to press the flush buttons couple of times for it to stop. Also hot water took few minutes to come through but once we knew that it was fine. Could do with more hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Overall had a wonderful time. It was home from home and we were sad to leave it. Inshallah will be back again soon.

  Great choice of hotel for airport

  We stayed here for 1 night after a longer trip around Oman, as the hotel was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. We had a deluxe king, which was huge. Although we could get hot water in the shower, we couldn't get hot water in the wash hand basin. For western travellers, please note - no plug in basin and no flannel. We ate in the Thai restaurant and there was a Thai buffet night. The food was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

  Centara stay during visiting Muscat

  My room was very big, it was clean and very convenient. The front desk was very nice and helpful. especially Ploy. I used the spa and I got the best therapy ever. Especially Joy and Sherly who are very experienced therapist and I recommend their deep muscle massage.

  An excellent choice to be near the airport.

  This was an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be near the airport for a late or early flight. It's literally ten minutes by car. You can book an online taxi with the help of receptionist and it's cheap. The staff are great and the room very comfortable. There's a gym and swimming pool too.

  Great stay

  Excellent stay value for money ! Very nice location and near to airport ! Good restaurants around in case dining outside ! Hotel reception didnt accept $ of 2009 and insisted $ of 2013 onwards !!! Had to deposit heavily as i didnt have OMR !

  nice & clean rooms and very friendly staff

  We had a perfect stay at Centara, they The staff help us a lot by providing dental/shaving kits because our luggage did not arrive with us. There was always fresh water and coffee in our room and everything was very clean :)

  Convenient and comfortable

  Super team at the Centara - only 15 minutes from the airport.all the staff were delightful and the room was spacious ultra-clean and well maintained. As a single female traveller I felt totally safe and welcomed. Pool on the roof top is a bonus, and a small gym with a good range of machines and weights. I'd recommended for a great value stay.

  very nice hotel, with great service. Good price-quality ratio.

  I really like this hotel, the rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby. I have no negative comments. I will definitely come back here - I RECOMMEND.

  Better Than I Expected

  I stayed for 4 nights at Centara Hotel. Hotel was much better than I expected. It was better, cleaner than many 4 star hotels. The location is quite good, the staff were interested and friendly. If I come to Oman again, I can stay at Centara Hotel again. Some shortcomings in the hotel, internet speed was a bit slow. I don't know, are there problems with the internet in general in Oman? I couldn’t access many websites. I used VPN to solve this problem. Some internet issues have been resolved. There was solid hand soap in the bathroom. My skin is a little sensitive. Solid soaps dry out the skin more. I recommend using liquid soap. The head of the tap was rather short. I can say that I have a little difficulty during hand washing. Other than that, it was a very nice and comfortable hotel. Thanks.

  It was very excellent trip and room and I don’t know how to make a review. But next time if I’m going to Muscat I will not think it any other options, I will go with centara only. Also I will suggest my friends and Colleagues to use centara hotel

  Had an amazing stay at my go-to hotel for one night. As a regular guest, I always enjoy the trips here. Absolute perfection! staff is awesome. there is a gym , swimming pool. all emenities are awesome.
