Great Stay !
The hotel is clean and is a great stay overall. Service is great and the staff accommodating. They allowed for early check in FOC given my flight times which was super helpful and must be commended. The hotel is also located in a great area with a quick walk to Platinum and the Pratunam markets. Big C and Central world also a quick walk away. WELL DONE CENTARA
We only stayed for a night in Bangkok (coming from a long holiday in Chiang Mai), occupying a twin-sharing and a triple-sharing. Reception was at 9/F as the lower floors were occupied by a shopping mall and officers. Front desk services were fast but at our departure, we were told the THB2,000 deposit would be returned after 2 weeks (which was strange considering they had already checked you out). The rooms were big and very clean, with the bathroom airy. The triple sharing room had brown water but was eventually resolved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While the Starbucks station was a welcome change and so was the breakfast buffet, the lack of a pool was somewhat of a bummer. NO SWIMMING POOL
No swimming pool. Hotel having 4 Star category but without swimming pool that too from a brand like Centara is quite surprising. located in best location which is easy for shopping and many indian food eateries close to hotel. Overall stay was superb. The only problem that I encoubtered was the room guest services. Online room guest services through qr code was never delivered in our room, I tried calking through phone but it was always busy or it wasn’t working at all. We were a little disappointed when the cab drop off at the hotel as the drop off area does not have an impressive lobby. However, we were so impressed when we went up to the lobby at 9th floor. Great Hotel in the center of Pratunam
I stated 6 nights with my daughter. This Hotel has lovely rooms with all the amenities. The Hotel is situated right in the center of Pratuman so all the major mall and food outlets are walking distance or easily accessible by BTS. Great place to spend time. Great sleep, convenient location, warm and friendly staff ever ready to help. Very Clean! I would recommend those interested in shopping at the Pratunam (Platinum, Plladioum, Pratunam markets) area to stay there as its close to everything.
