Good but needs decaf coffee and more non alcoholic options on the bar drinks
Nice hotel, a bit away from the rowdy end of the beach. Nice pools and bar area but very few alcohol free options for those who want a break from booze ! Also a lot of uneven floor areas where it is super easy to stub your toes - where different tiled areas reach, there is a step of about an inch. Not enough to notice but enough to stub your toe on - I’m sure it happens a lot . Staff in reception are superb and amazingly helpful and friendly. Couples Pool Villa Holiday
We were fortunate to get a Pool villa suite. It was so nice to have our own pool. The Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had nice water pressure in the shower. Lovely hotel
4 friends travelling and staying in 2 rooms. Spacious rooms and good size bathroom. We stayed in block 6, however there was a sewage smell on the outside terrace so we could never sit out there. And there is never enough tea & coffee provided for the room, although room service did provide us with some milk from the kitchen. Apart from the above, the hotel was lovely, with a good size pool. Great family friendly hotel
The hotel was great, the facilities were very good. Our daughter loved the Kids Club activities. Jorge and Angela from the Kids Club did such an amazing job! The food at Sands Restaurant was very good, the service during peak hours was a bit slow. All hotel staff were very friendly. Good located at Aon Nang beach. Many bars, restaurants, shops, etc in very short walking distance. Very nice hotel in a perfect location
I loved it at this hotel. The rooms ar clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The beds are very nice and the have an AC that do its thing. The location of the hotel is as near the beach as you can come. Very good and big breakfast buffe. Easy to check in and out. Very helpful and nice staff all over the hotel. Great location, but poor service
Great location by the beach, excellent entertainment (singers, animators for kids) by the seaside, delicious food at the seaside restaurant, but poor air conditioning in the room, lack of room service (toilet was not cleaned during the whole our stay of 6 nights!), lack of towels by the beach. Great Central Spot & Accommodation
We spent 1 week at the Centara Ao Nang, the standard of the rooms were great and the staff, very friendly and helpful, all the public areas were very clean and well ,maintained. We had a good 2 day stay here
I was happy we stayed at Centara Ao Nang. My kids (7,9) absolutely loved the water park slide, they stayed on it for hours. It was the perfect reprieve after a full day of touring and exploring. The hotel is in an a awesome location near the end of Ao Nang, right on the beach, and it’s much quieter as it’s near the end, but it was close enough for us to walk everywhere. There was also a wonderful restaurant next door. I also thought the staff were friendly and kind, especially when we said thank you in Thai. I noticed other reviews complained about rude staff- I saw none of this, honestly the only rudeness I saw was from other guests to the staff. My only negative observation is that near the ocean view villas, there is a very loud venting fan from a restaurant (I think) that disturbs the peace that would normally be there. It’s so loud most of the day that you can’t hear the ocean. We did not pay for the ocean view but would have been pretty disappointed if we had. Overall, I believe this is the best option for families in Ao nang, I walked by many other properties and I am glad we stayed here!Read moreDate of stay : February 2024 -

Good location/ pungent smell
Nice hotel, good clean facilities and rooms, beach front bars and food available. Staff very polite and helpful.
