  An amazing time

  We just spent 3 weeks at the centra Reserve. The hotel location and grounds were amazing the staff were great , super friendly and did a fantastic job kelvin from out the front was great fun, Tom Cruise at the pool was awesome along with everyone else we loved it so much we have booked for a month next May Would highly recommend it

  Enforced holiday

  My wife had been unwell and unable to fly home - we stayed at the Centara Reserve and were blown away with the kindness of staff, the exceptoonal service and their ongoing care and consideraiton. The hotel well deserves its five star rating - the room we took had a sea and pool view. The facilities were also excellent, including a gorgeous beach into the beautiful and warm sea.

  Great stay , plan to return

  Great stay at Centara reserve , from the moment I checked in to checkout and airport drop off , service was excellent, room cleanliness very good, location close to the centre yet quiet and accessible, restaurants were amazing and compared to some of the city restaurants didn’t feel like a tourist trap. Great stay and plan to return with the family

  Great hotel with wonderful generous people

  Best Hotel on Samui

  Reception / Check-in: An excellent experience. Very efficient and well organised Rooms: Very high quality and very comfortable. If we had 1 request, it would be a ceiling fan on the balcony. But overall, we thought the rooms were superb. Housekeeping: Excellent service Breakfast / Dining Options: We thought the hotel offers a great range of dining options/ We used most of them and enjoyed them very much. Pools / Pool Bar: We used the adult area most days – it was excellent. The f&b options are the pool were excellent too. Staff / Customer Service: The staff were amazing. They were always helpful, knowledgeable professional and so polite. We would like to recognise Bee (housekeeping), Q (adult pool), Beach, M, Fah and White (Reception). Also, Toon on the Tours Desk and the Bell staff too. Grounds: Very well manicured. Overall: We have nothing but praise and thanks for the experience and service that your hotel provided to us.

  Highly recommended

  This Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best Hotels on Koh Samui, if not the best. We were initially disappointed with our room as there was some confusion between the booking agent and the Hotel as to which type of room we had booked however after talking with a gentleman called M on reception and explaining our disappointment he was able to sort this problem out promptly and we were upgraded to a fantastic room which made all the difference to our holiday and we were very impressed with how M and his team dealt with this. If you have any issues at all the reception team will do there utmost to resolve the issue and make sure the guests are satisfied which of course means that you will be happy to return and happy to recommend this Hotel. The rooms are fantastic ( just make sure you know exactly which room you have booked as there are many different descriptions with different agents and it could catch you out) and most have sea views. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including ordering off the menu. The grounds are well maintained and huge with many different areas to sit including an adult’s only area and pool. There’s plenty of choice for dining however we went out each evening for dinner as there are loads of bars and restaurants near by with great food. We did book a day tour with the Hotel and the lady selling the trips was excellent and explained all the tours as required and was very helpful. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it, we shall return!

  The best Honeymoon!

  We had the absolute best time at Centara Reserve! The service was fantastic, all the employees were so friendly, hard working and just wanted to create the best experience for the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the rooms are fantastic. We loved all the small touches such as the 'surprise of the day' and the complimentary bar in the room. The patio furniture for the balcony made it feel really luxury and the pool areas were just amazing. We genuinely can't say enough nice things about this hotel and would go back in a heart beat. We had the best honeymoon and it felt so special.

  A memorable stay in Samui

  After 16 years we went back to the Centara Reserve hotel in Samui and found it to be upgraded and refurbished to new and high standards. We enjoyed 9 nights in a lovely room with ocean view. Excellent location at a clean beach area and the garden and pools areas are well maintained. Due to the size of the in and outdoor facilities we didn’t feel that the hotel was over crowded in spite of the hotel was almost fully booked and two outdoor wedding parties on the lawn during the weekend. The serving staff paid a lot of attention to all guests and professionally managed by the F&B director and operations director who took time to talk to us and other guests. The front and concierge staff were very service minded and dealt quickly with any requests. We will certainly come back to the Centara Reserve soon. Tips: book a room with ocean view and in room minibar refilling daily Note: no elevators

  Excellent Hotel

  A very modern hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel. Situated on the Chaweng beach. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The food is good. There are some entertainment shows, but they are pretty small.
