Family stay at Centara Grand
100% loved this resort. Breakfast was fantastic, pools and water slides and lazy river were amazing, restaurants and bars were delicious, Sap Cenvaree was such a relaxing enjoyable experience, and the staff made the resort a peaceful, clean, relaxing holiday with their friendly welcoming manner. We have moved to another hotel in Phuket, but we miss staff from Centara
Thank you so much for the stay! It was a great experience and memory. It was my first time traveling with my 10-month-old daughter, and I was quite worried. We received a free room upgrade, which was very nice and much appreciated. The room overlooking the sea was lovely; we could hear the waves at night and in the morning. I particularly enjoyed the hotel surroundings, where I could stroll with a pram. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Initially, I was concerned about feeding my daughter solid food, but there were plenty of options on the buffet: fresh fruits, vegetables, unsalted congee, and they even made oatmeal porridge without salt or water once! I want to give a special mention to Ida, who helped us during breakfast; she took care of us every day, which was very kind. She assisted with my daughter's special dietary requests during the buffet. The hotel's F&B team, including the director Andrea, was excellent. Andrea made sure that we have everything we need. We also frequented the Italian restaurant Mare, where Fah took great care of us. She ensured our dietary needs were met and offered a variety of options on the kids' menu, not just burgers and fries. My daughter loved the chicken soup! Beat, the waiter, was also very kind to her and greeted us warmly every time. Overall, the people in Thailand are incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming, which makes me love coming back to this country. It was also nice to meet Karla at check-out; she speaks Russian, and it was pleasant talking to her. The bellboy team, particularly Thibaut(sorry maybe I am mistaken with the name) was very helpful with our parcels. Thank you again for the wonderful stay! Lovely location. Perfect for couples and familjs.
Recommend the rooms with big balcony and jacuzzi. Best rom I have ever stayed in. Food a bit pricey. Had a lovely private dinner on the beach. No sunbeds on the beach which I find very nice. Beautiful resort!
This is a beautiful resort on a quiet part of Karon Beach - no noisy water jets or sunbeds - just soft sand and warm turquoise sea. Only ten minutes walk along the beach to shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean, you have many facilities to use at the territory. At least 3 places for eating: Cove, Mare and Coast. Service guys will help you with any needs. The hotel is a long (unsafe) walk from the restaurants, the hotel should consider a free shuttle service to this area as the taxi prices easily mounts up!
